The project
Hawksmoor Homes build truly bespoke houses in Surrey and market them on specification. In 2021 we refreshed their website: the one place where the company and every scheme it was selling had to sit together.
The homepage leads with the proposition in their own words — luxury homes in desirable locations, outstanding quality and elegant design — and puts current developments directly beneath it.
We have worked with Hawksmoor Homes across their schemes — Law Meadows, Victoria Gardens, Allingham Meadow, The Woodlands Collection and Bluebell Rise — each of which launched into these pages.
The development pages
Each scheme is given its own pages inside the site rather than a separate microsite, so a launch arrives into a site that is already working and already ranking.
A scheme page opens on an aerial view of the site with the houses named on the plan, and a schedule beneath it listing each house, its status and its price. At this level a purchase is a slow decision and the schedule is the page people come back to, so it was drawn to read as well on a phone as on a desktop.
