The project
Four detached homes in West Horsley for Hawksmoor Homes. The client had been wary of selling off-plan — it was new territory for them — and came to Victoria Gardens after Law Meadows sold out with our marketing collateral, every unit reserved before practical completion.
Victoria Gardens sits alongside The Woodlands Collection, Allingham Meadow and Bluebell Rise in our work for Hawksmoor.
The identity
Victoria Gardens is set in a spaced serif with a script sub-line, foiled in gold on a deep green, with a fine botanical drawing as the mark.
The brochure opens with a contents page and moves through the houses, the specification and the setting, with the CGIs given the full page.
Results
All four plots were reserved off-plan within three weeks of being made available to the public.
Within a year we had helped Hawksmoor Homes secure off-plan sales across three of their luxury developments, at average price points of around £1.2m.
