The project
The Rosemont is seven two-bedroom apartments and three five-bedroom houses in the leafy West London suburb of Ealing, built by Luxgrove Homes. Two quite different products on one site, sold under one name.
Watch the case study for the scheme, filmed as part of the Luxgrove Homes rebrand programme, alongside films for Montpelier Mews, Ivy Gardens and Fifty One.
Case study film — The Rosemont
The interiors
The craft is in the detail. A geometric marble-look floor runs through the hallways of both the houses and the apartments, laid as a chevron and meeting timber herringbone where the hall opens into the living space. Crittall-style doors divide the ground floor of the houses without closing it, so the long view from the front door survives.
Classic panelling runs the walls and the stair, and the storage is built in: wardrobes fitted to the walls, and desks where a room could carry one. Upstairs the register goes bold — deep blue panelling behind the bed, globe wall lights and fluted timber — against marble and brass in the ensuites.
The same materials and detailing run through both the apartments and the five-bedroom houses, so the address reads as one development.
The interiors are bold, and the identity was drawn to match.
The identity
The Rosemont is set in a fine high-contrast serif, stacked over three lines — RO / SE / MONT — with a light script The above it. Debossed in a dusty blue on a matching stock, it reads as a monogram rather than a name in a box.
That blue is the palette. It runs the covers, the hoarding and the website, and it is deep enough to sit behind photography without competing.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
