The project
The Carlton is a collection of apartments and houses on Carlton Road in Ealing, for Luxgrove Homes. We were appointed from floor plan optimisation through to the bespoke interior design and the marketing that sold it.
As at Queen’s Park Residences, the scheme mixes houses and apartments, so it needed one aligned interior scheme and an overarching identity to hold both.
The brief was to show the finishes and the attention to detail properly, in CGIs and a brochure that stand up to close reading.
The Carlton is one of nineteen projects for Luxgrove Homes, alongside Montpelier Mews and Ivy Gardens.
The specification
Deep green joinery against pale walls and stone, brass tapware and handles, herringbone and marble underfoot. It is a consistent scheme applied across both the apartments and the houses, so the address reads as one development.
The communal areas were given the same attention: a stair with the name set into the wall and the post boxes built into the panelling rather than fixed on top of it.
Brand, brochure and website
The deep green of the kitchens carries the branding across both the brochure and the website.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
