The project
Foxmore Place is five detached four-bedroom houses on Lawrie Park Road, each with a private garden and parking — an exclusive community that strikes a balance between metropolitan and suburban living. It sits directly opposite Crystal Palace park, with some of the best schools south of the river nearby and quick connections into central London.
Foxmore Place is one of nineteen projects we have designed for Luxgrove Homes, alongside West Lodge, Ivy Gardens and Ferdinand Apartments.
The identity
The mark is a fox, drawn in a single continuous line and abstract enough to read as a leaf at a glance, set over FOXMORE PLACE in a spaced serif. It is the whole identity in one gesture, and the reason the scheme is remembered by name.
The palette is a strong terracotta against off-white, with a grid of arcs and rules built from the same geometry as the fox — a confident scheme that gives a boutique development real presence.
The interiors
Inside, the houses are warm and quite bold: tan leather, dark green and charcoal joinery, terracotta and olive on the bedroom walls, and pale oak floors underneath. The two bedroom schemes — one orange, one green — give buyers a choice without changing the specification behind them.
The kitchens run dark against white stone, with the dining set into the same space rather than partitioned off. On a four-bedroom family house, the ground floor is what gets bought.
Brochure, website and story
Foxmore Place offers everything living in London is worth praising for — location, prestige and unique design — balanced against a more laid-back lifestyle than the city centre.
The scheme was given its own site at foxmoreplace.com, built from the same terracotta and grid, with the CGIs carrying the pages.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
