The scheme
Tucked away in Southborough, a conservation-area town in the borough of Tunbridge Wells, Whitecroft Gardens is a collection of seven thoughtfully designed four-bedroom homes for Beau Property. Behind the elegant brick exteriors, contemporary open-plan interiors run on whitened oak herringbone flooring, finished with a high-end specification and bright, naturally-lit spaces throughout.
The site sits within a conservation area of rolling countryside and green woodland, with Southborough’s high street — boutique shops, cafés and pubs — a short walk away. Royal Tunbridge Wells is ten minutes by car, and London is under an hour by train.
Two cottages stood on the site before the scheme: The White House and Highcroft. We suggested a name that merged the two, and Beau Property loved it, so the heritage of the place lives on in the address.
Brand and marketing
A full identity built around the Whitecroft Gardens name — logo, brochure and website — carried through to the site hoarding.
The wordmark is a wide, spaced serif, set in white on slate. The cover carries a line device drawn in one continuous stroke, charcoal on pale stone.
