The project
Elegant, modern, Victorian homes. Nevill Row is a collection of eight finely-crafted houses in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, each individually designed by boutique developers Beau Property.
Behind the classic Victorian exteriors are bright, flexible spaces that balance modernity against classicism. Beau Property restored original features to their true glory and added contemporary pieces alongside — brass hardware, light oak flooring through the kitchens and living spaces, and delicate wall panelling.
Our part was the brand and the marketing: identity and logo, the copy and story, the brochure, the website, the hoarding, and the internal and external CGIs that had to sell eight houses before they were finished.
The interiors, in CGI
Panelled walls, arched openings, cornice and a fireplace in the living room, set against light oak, brass and furniture that is unmistakably contemporary.
Getting that balance wrong on a CGI in either direction — pastiche or plain new-build — would have lost the developer’s proposition. The renders were drawn to sit exactly where the finished houses do.
The identity
Nevill Row is set as a light script over a spaced serif, in cream on a deep olive green.
The same green wraps the site for the length of the build, carrying a sweeping line device — the one used on the brochure cover — with an interior CGI at one end and the web address at the other.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
