The project
Eight apartments at 14 St Peter’s Road in Croydon, for Belmont Property. A bold, modern building on a busy part of town.
Despite challenges on site, every component was delivered on time.
Belmont Property has since appointed us on three projects, including the Chapman Collection and Wynsterne.
The show home
The show home carries a warm, pared-back scheme: fluted wall panelling behind the beds, round black-framed mirrors, and olive green used as the single accent across shelving, seating and soft furnishings.
Full-wall shelving doubles as room division and storage; a marble dining table and cane-backed chairs give the living space something with weight in it; and the artwork was selected rather than filled in.
The identity
The mark uses the address as the graphic: 14 set large in a corner, ST PETERS RD stacked beneath, and the field split diagonally between slate blue and a stone grey drawn off the brickwork.
