The project

Nine sleek three-bedroom homes in the bustling town of Launceston, Cornwall, with a gross development value of £3m. We were asked for a distinguished identity that would let the client market the development before practical completion.

The identity

WINDMILL PARK is set in a spaced serif under a fine line-drawn sail mark, foiled in gold on a sage green. One colour, one foil, one mark.

The show home

Pale walls and oak floors, teal upholstery, a dark kitchen island with a marbled worktop, and rooms styled for the family buyer this scheme is aimed at — including the children’s rooms, which most show homes treat as an afterthought.

Results

By September 2020 only two of the homes had been launched for sale, and both sold quickly — while still only partially constructed.

This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
