The project
1323 High Road is a few minutes’ walk from Totteridge & Whetstone on the Northern Line, with shops and restaurants at the door and enough setback to stay residential. Five apartments above a commercial unit, two of them duplexes, aimed at first-time buyers and downsizers and released off-plan for completion in 2020.
We reworked the floor plans before touching the interiors. Oak floors, pale walls, one accent to a room, and black-framed glazing used to divide rather than to close off.
The identity
The address is the identity. 1323 is set as a single tight numeral group, gold-foiled on white textured stock, with WHETSTONE small beneath and a hairline rule at the cover edge.
Brochure and website
The brochure runs the residences, the duplex plans and the external CGIs, with a gold rule holding every page. The scheme took its own address online at 1323whetstone.com, and we wrote the copy for both.
The launch, in the developer’s words
“40% units sold! The first one sold and reservation fee paid within 48 hours, the second one sold in 5 days — above asking price — which was already at the ceiling price given the quality of the design! Ademchic is a developer’s secret weapon to differentiate from a crowded market.”
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
