The project
Warple Way is in the heart of Acton, and the flats were sold off-plan.
The identity
The mark is a hexagon divided into three planes — a loft volume drawn in one line. It is set with a condensed sans in white on charcoal, and it holds at any size, from a business card to a hoarding.
The palette is charcoal and white.
The story
The copy leads with the place. Acton takes its name from the Old English for ‘oak farm’ and was once largely rural, known for its soft water and, on the back of it, its laundries and soap factories — the industrial past the building sits in and the scheme is named for.
The brochure runs that through: the area and what is around it, accessibility, the external views, the interiors, the floor plans and the specification, with the developer at the back.
The interiors
The specification was chosen for durability as much as looks: industrial finishes, neutral schemes, branded appliances and clean lines, with the accents doing the work rather than the surfaces. The brochure puts the reasoning plainly — materials selected for their performance and their ability to remain timeless.
Every part of the open-plan kitchen and living layout was used, configured to maximise space and light across each unit, so that a compact flat still works for entertaining and for an ordinary evening in.
The outcome
“Interior designers Ademchic have given our homes the wow factor. Together, we chose the development’s industrial finishes, ensuring all materials and building choices are selected for their performance and ability to remain timeless.”
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
