The project
Our first project with Ryecroft Homes. The five homes are finished to a high specification, with private outdoor space to every unit.
Furniture is pulled back from the garden doors and sightlines are kept clear, so the eye travels from the sofa through the glazing to the brick wall and planting beyond. Inside, a quiet palette of neutrals lets the herringbone floor, the stone and the joinery read as the finish they are, rather than competing with the dressing.
Modern pieces sit against soft, tactile layers — bouclé and linen against black timber and marble — so the rooms feel current without dating the scheme to a single season.
Four of five reserved on launch weekend.
The outcome
Four of the five homes were reserved over launch weekend and all five had sold within two weeks — in a market where nothing was moving quickly.
