The project
Consero built the scheme across four buildings — Skylark House, Goldfinch House, Swan View and Kingfisher View — setting classical proportions against modern materials, with landscaped gardens, courtyard or secure basement parking, and Juliet balconies on a number of apartments looking over the Engine River to the rear.
The interiors
We developed three scheme options for the living spaces and three for the bathrooms, all of them elegant and muted.
The kitchens run a soft sage shaker against marble worktops and a matching splashback, with black handles and integrated appliances. The bathrooms take the same restraint further — fluted timber vanity and bath panel, vertical stack tiling, marble to the shower wall, and brushed brass against black.
The marketing suite
The marketing suite opened before the apartments did. We designed and styled it to match the style of the new homes, showcasing the product selection: the development name in dimensional lettering on a plain wall, a curved bouclé sofa, a black stone table, timber joinery with display niches, and a Crittall-style screen dividing the sales meeting area without closing it off.
It sits on the street with full-height glazing, so the suite works as its own hoarding — a passer-by sees the interior scheme before they see a brochure.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
