Modern new homes
All six are designed with light, spacious interiors, and select apartments have private outside space. Parkhill Court is around the corner from Whetstone high street, and a short walk from the Northern line and National Rail.
Meticulous design, clean lines and stylish contemporary fittings create a relaxed, harmonious space ready to move straight into. On-trend finishes include herringbone flooring, spotlights throughout with accent pendant lighting, and black ironmongery. A communal garden provides outdoor space while the duplexes enjoy their own private gardens.
Our part was the marketing: the branding and logo, the copy and story, the brochure, the marketing floor plans, the hoarding and the website.
The identity
The communal green space was the thing to sell, so the identity leads with it: a deep forest green carrying a botanical leaf illustration, with Parkhill set in a clean sans and Court in script inside a white panel, WHETSTONE small at the foot.
It is deliberately bold. The buyers were young professionals and first-time buyers, and the hoarding had to be noticed from the street, so the green runs at full strength across the cover, the spine, the hoarding and the website.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
