The project
Obulent designs, makes and installs bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, doors, windows, bathrooms and special-project cabinetry for developers, architects and designers across the UK.
Lean too far towards value and the specifiers stop reading. Lean too far towards luxury and you contradict the offer. We built the brand around the craft, because that — not the price — is what a specifier is buying.
The identity
The logotype sets OBULENT in a fine, widely tracked serif with a macron over the O, and LUXURY JOINERY beneath it in small caps. The macron becomes the logomark on its own: a circle and a bar, which is all that is needed on a box lid or a spine.
Deep navy and gold, on uncoated stock and cloth binding. It is a restrained system that signals care rather than expense — the same argument the company makes about its work.
The brochure
The brochure opens on What We Do, set against black-and-white photography of the workshop — furniture made by highly skilled craftsmen, with attention to detail, in materials of enduring quality — then moves through the ranges.
A Pricing and Specification section puts the commercial conversation in the brochure, so a specifier can work from the document itself.
The website
The site is organised the way a specifier thinks: bespoke interiors broken into kitchens, wardrobes, doors, windows, bathrooms and special projects, each with what it covers and what it is made from.
The homepage leads on the outcome rather than the product — interiors with a wow factor, supporting UK developers and architects — and states the balance the business runs on: unique design and quality, set against the sales strategy the developer is working to.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
