The project
The site is close to parks and leafy views, with transport links minutes away.
The identity
The mark is an M drawn as a single continuous line, the strokes overlapping so it reads as a monogram and as a pair of pitched roofs at once.
Around it, a colour-block system in cobalt, charcoal, cornflower and a warm orange. The houses sit at the back of the site, out of sight from the road, so the colour was chosen to carry the hoarding — enough to stand out on the street and make people curious about what was being built behind it.
Website and launch
The website launched ahead of the homes as a registration page, so interest was collected before there was anything to show.
The same colour system runs the hoarding, so the site and the screen match while the houses are still being built.
The interiors
Inside, the scheme runs the opposite way to the brand: pale and quiet in one area, colourful in the other — an eclectic mix. Olive green in the principal bedroom, carried from the headboard into a half-height wall and the curtains; warm tan joinery against terrazzo and fluted black in the bathroom.
The specification was drawn to photograph well off-plan and to stand up on arrival.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
