The project
The group was founded in 2001, with construction and investment interests held through the parent holding company. Its proposition is a premium living experience built on innovation, comfort and sustainability, delivered in Kuwait and in the cities of the UK and the USA.
One mark, two scripts
We drew the identity bilingual from the start: JEERAN in a wide, open sans, with the Arabic set beneath it on a long extended baseline so the two scripts read as one lockup rather than as a translation added afterwards. Above them, a monogram in which the Latin J and the Arabic form are drawn as a single closed loop — one mark that works in either language and, at small sizes, without either.
The palette runs a cornflower blue against white — an open scheme for a business introducing itself in a new market, and it holds at the scale of a projecting sign as readily as on a business card.
The materials
The identity was mocked up across the things the business needed on day one: business card and letterhead, an email signature, a presentation folder, and a deal presentation deck.
The landing page concept
The site was concepted as a landing page rather than a full website: the proposition, the projects, and a way to be contacted. The design leads on the group line — transforming urban landscapes through innovation and strategic vision — over photography of towers against open sky, then moves to a projects grid set in black and white so the buildings read as a portfolio.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
