The project
Nine apartments on Dawes Road in Fulham for GM Developments — one, two and three-bedroom, each with its own private outdoor space.
The brief was a complete marketing campaign with a Christmas launch and six weeks to get there. Show home, photography, development branding, brochure, website and site banners.
The show home
A restrained palette doing quite a lot of work: warm walnut, brushed brass, smoked glass, stone, and a sage-grey base with one strong accent per room. Mid-century in its bones but not in costume.
Every room was arranged around a sightline that could be photographed. The round mirror above the sideboard is there to bounce the window and the rooftops back into the room; the pendant sits low over the dining table so the shot has a foreground.
The identity
HANNELL set in a fine geometric capital and stacked inside a rule box — HA / NN / ELL — with FULHAM small underneath. A monogram rather than a logotype, so it works blind-embossed on a cover, small in a website header and large on a site banner without redrawing.
Sage green and stone-cream, taken off the show home rather than invented for the brand. The brochure cover carries the monogram in blind emboss, and nothing more.
The website
Built on the same two elements as the brochure: the monogram and the photography, in a split-panel grid that lets a single image hold a screen. Sage panels carry the type, image panels carry the rooms, and the two alternate down the page.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
