The project
Fieldhouse had more than a decade of bespoke interior fit-out behind them and a client list — Waites Construction among them — that proved the calibre of the work. What the brand did not show was the breadth of it: not only Build to Rent and student accommodation, but what they can deliver in the luxury sector.
We worked with them to develop interiors that reflect the bespoke nature of their furniture and joinery.
The identity
FIELDHOUSE is set in a fine, widely tracked serif and given nothing to compete with: white foil on a terracotta stock, or a warm blind emboss on off-white.
It also had to carry two arms of the business. The mark takes a script sub-line so Fieldhouse Furniture and Fieldhouse Project Management read as one company doing two things, rather than as two suppliers.
The brochure
The brochure came out of in-depth interviews rather than a brief. Talking to the people who actually do the work is how you find the details that make a company sound like itself rather than like its competitors.
It also puts the scale of the operation on the page, in plain figures — more than a hundred bedrooms fitted in an average week, fifty thousand kitchens installed. None of that was visible in the brand before.
CGI and VR
We developed 3D CGI and VR assets so a prospective client could see the quality of a Fieldhouse fit-out before committing to it.
The visuals span the range: Build to Rent and student accommodation communal spaces and studios, reception and lounge areas, and residential kitchens at the luxury end. All of it drawn to the specification Fieldhouse would install.
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
