The project
Huntingdon is one of Cambridgeshire’s quieter county towns, sold here on character homes and green open space.
The identity
Castlepoint is set in a high-contrast serif with RESIDENCES letterspaced beneath it — a quiet, confident mark rather than a device.
The palette is a warm greige with a deep brown-black, which reads as considered without reading as expensive.
The interiors
The specification pairs matt charcoal cabinetry with white worktops and warm oak flooring, brass fittings and opal glass pendants. It is a scheme built to photograph well and to date slowly.
The brochure sets out the reasoning in the client’s own words: the finishes were chosen together, with materials and building choices selected for their performance and their ability to remain timeless.
The brochure
The brochure carries the scheme at length: the town and what it offers, the exteriors, the interiors, the specification, and every apartment given its own page with a floor plan and the areas set out in metric and imperial.
It is typeset quietly — wide margins, small captions, the logotype at the foot of each page — so the CGIs carry the spreads without competing with the layout.
The outcome
“Castlepoint’s interiors reflect our dedication to thoughtful and sustainable design. Interior designers Ademchic have immaculately designed each of our homes to achieve the wow factor. Together, we chose all of the internal finishes, ensuring that all materials and building choices are selected for their performance and ability to remain timeless — creating modern homes for now and the future.”
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
