The project
Matfield sits in the High Weald, with Paddock Wood station a six-minute drive and London Bridge fifty-one minutes beyond it. The buyers were commuters and growing families, so the brand had to carry two ideas at once: classic Home Counties architecture, and the contemporary open-plan interiors behind the elevations.
A boutique collection of five three, four and five-bedroom homes in the English countryside, nestled down a leafy private drive — bespoke houses with ample parking, secluded gardens and a gated entrance. The brand had to feel as private as the address.
Who did what
Our brief was the asset set: the identity and logo, the brochure and its copy, the internal CGIs, the layout optimisation, the website and the campaign banners.
Corker Brothers are a developer with real marketing capability in-house — they need assets good enough to carry it.
The launch, in the developer’s words
“We are delighted to announce the first reservation at Bass Orchard, a collaboration between Corker Brothers Ltd and Canham Homes, without the involvement of an agent!”
This project was delivered under the Ademchic brand.
